Starters

Smoked duck breast salad with crumbled feta, toasted hazelnuts and fig jam

Pumpkin velouté with poached Granny Smith apple, toasted almonds and white truffle oil

Goat’s cheese bon bons with a beetroot tartare and banana shallot dressing

Mains

Roasted breast of Hampshire Turkey served with chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets, cranberry and orange sauce, duck fat roast potatoes and roasted winter roots

Belly of Berkshire pork with creamed mash, cauliflower puree and red wine reduction

Miso glazed wild cod loin with Dashi broth, shitake mushrooms, scallions and chilli oil

Pear and shallot tarte-tatin with baby watercress and a walnut and stilton salad

All served with: sautéed sprouts with pancetta, finished with double cream

Desserts

Ye Olde George Inn Christmas pudding served with brandy and orange jus and clotted cream

Warm apple and almond tart with Madagascan vanilla ice cream and a brandy snap

Selection of English cheeses served with oat cakes, fig jam, grapes and celery

To follow: Fair-trade coffee or tea served with a mince pie £4
