Roast celeriac velouté with toasted chestnuts, served with cheddar dumplings.
Wild mushroom and baked goat’s cheese pot served with garlic and olive oil croutons.

Roasted breast of Hampshire turkey served with chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets, cranberry and orange sauce, duck fat roast potatoes and roasted winter roots.
Slow roasted crispy pork belly with truffle mash, roasted winter roots and burnt apple puree.
Scottish cod loin with saffron potatoes and a mussel chowder.
Pear and red onion tarte-tatin served with a roasted chestnut, cranberry and baby watercress salad
All served with sautéed sprouts and pancetta finished with double cream.

Herbert’s home steamed Christmas pudding served with brandy and orange jus and clotted cream.
Apple, fig and chestnut Winter crumble served with homemade double cream custard.
