King prawns with sorrel, pickled cucumber, rye bread and a lemon yogurt emulsion

Roasted parsnip and apple soup with parsnip crisps V GF VG       

Red onion tarte tatin with beetroot puree and a goat’s cheese bonbon V


Roasted breast of Hampshire Turkey served with pigs in blankets, cranberry and orange sauce, duck fat roast potatoes and roasted winter roots GF

28-day dry-aged Ribeye steak with wild mushroom stroganoff sauce and triple cooked chips

Linguini with Scottish rope-grown mussels, Beurre blanc and parsley

Mushroom, spinach and chestnut Wellington with sorrel cream V (VG Must specify)

All served with sautéed sprouts finished with double cream V GF (VG plain with almonds)

Warm raspberry and almond frangipane tart with toasted almonds and homemade raspberry ripple ice cream V

Sticky date pudding with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce V

Poached pears in vanilla and cinnamon syrup with raspberry sorbet VG
