At Ye Olde George we pride ourselves on serving the highest quality food, prepared by chefs with a passion for taste. We strive to use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. In the heart of Hampshire we have a wealth of local suppliers, offering free-range and organic produce. Mark changes his menus often to take advantage of the local seasonal fayre.
Mark and his team of chefs pride themselves on making all of the dishes on the premises, except the hand-made ice cream, which is made at Forest of Bere Dairy, which is a local farm which supplies all of our fresh dairy produce.
